Just came to say goodluck for tonight. Been taking the piss out of you boys a lot lately. But god knows you need any lucky you can get. I might even tune into the game on telly.
That's correct we can can be very dangerous as we have proved in the past. It's now step up to the. Plate time.
If they don`t `turn up` tonight and give it eveything they`ve got it will prove (to me anyway) we really do need a massive clearout. I`m pretty much of that opinion now but that would remove all doubt. There is no excuse for anything less than everything.
Its going to be tense tonight, I hope Gus has a clear head and none of our players lose theirs. We need a 90 minutes from the whole team including the subs with no foot shooting and we should triumph. A few mistakes from West Ham would be a nice bonus. Haway the lads.
It certainly is mate. Getting nervy now. In fact I`ve completely lost my appetite. Fortunately I haven`t lost my thirst.
I wish I was there. We need to be at them from the off we need the roker roar back! If we don't score early we need the fans to support the lads rather than transmitting their nervousness onto the pitch. It's easy to support your team when they're doing well. Everyone in that ground tonight needs to be positive from the first minute. If we do concede, just roar them on louder. This is the one lads
In the ground, pint in hand. Is it just me or does it have the feeling of that play off game against Sheffield United. Foggy and a tense electricity in the air.
Which is exactly why we need to take the game straight to them from the off. The sooner we get the crowd going the better. Wish I was there tonight. Lass's birthday. She's letting me watch it though. I've paid her off with a trip to the Durham Botanical Gardens tomorrow with a meal in the evening.
