Looks like he already has, certainly the giving up bit! He shouldn't until mathematically we are definetely in the føkkin playoffs.

There are worse managers out there, even in the PL.

    Solskjaer, Sherwood, Moyes, Hughton, Pardew...

I'd take all of them over Redknapp and its not even close. They are going up against PL teams, not failing to beat Charlton, Donny, Blackpool etc

Øyyyyeee!! You don't give either OGS or Sherwood very long do you!! I think OGS will prove to be an excellent Manager if he is given a chance to build his own set -up. Given better funding than most other Norwegian Clubs he did very very well with Molde, and has good schooing at ManU as a player and the Reserve team Manager. I think he is a reasonable bet to be Man U's new Manager once he has got some managerial expererience in the PL. I would certainly like him to replace Arry if we could get him (would probably have to be Cardiff down and us up, at the least). Sherwood has also got the background to be good.

I don't think you can judge OGS by the joke club that Cardiff is.

Sherwood is the worst manager there although I don't like pardew as a person.
You could probably list most of the champ managers that could do a better job than Redknapp.

Its his first job too, he may get better unlike someone who's been doing it for decades and will only get worse, sounds like most of our players!
