They're both made from Nike Dri-Fit and it's just polyester, there's nothing between the two that could justify a 50% price increase. I've got a mate at Umbro and he said the only difference between the England match kits and the replica kits, was that the match kit had no pockets in the shorts.
Oh thank you Nike, £60 or £90, we have a choice about how much we want to be fleeced. I've never heard such bollocks, 'Match Shirt' & 'Stadium Shirt'. Utter tosh and nonsense. The last England shirt I bought was on sale for £20 in Sports Soccer on Kingswood. Now that's my kind of pricing. **** this ****, robbing piss taking scoundrel bastards.
I like them, the away one in particular. Though this new one-colour initiative that FIFA are bringing in is ****ing stupid. Why? Germany have an all-white kit, and it just looks weird. Spain have an all-red one as well.
I think they just need to differentiate between light and dark. Only adidas seem to be doing one colour as Nike have given France and Brazil their traditional colours. Granted we have white shorts but we've had that before.
Good point about the manufacturers. Never really noticed. Isn't Adidas one of the sponsors for the World Cup? Maybe that's why FIFA have made them comply with this rule. Here's most of the kits: http://www.historicalkits.co.uk/international/tournaments/fifa-world-cup/2014/2014-index.html
Don't like the white one. I never do. It's ****ing boring. The red one's okay. I would sooner eat my own **** than pay £60 for a football shirt. I have a red England shirt I dig out for such occasions, which cost me a fiver from the local garage. That'll do.
Either way, they're still fleecing ****s. I do quite like the all-white kit, though. Pretty sure nobody else has that?
