No idea how they are distributing tickets, i haven't received mine yet or even got email. Couple who sit next to me have got theirs this morning, they applied 2 days after me and their surname begins with Y and mine is E. sit in the east stand and we have gone for the £50 ones
I rang today and was told they were gradually working their way through 10,000 forms. They are sorting the £50 seats first.
Two things from that. 1) They've still got 10,000 forms to look through? How many was they looking at last week? 2) After surnames, my next guess was that they are doing it by price band.
I'll have to go in disguise now. If you turn around I'll be the one in the tiger onesie with face paint and a glad hand.
We've only sold 19,000 tickets so far, so I doubt it will make **** all difference if they leave 96 empty.
My mate sent my application off with his and with another passholder too. Put his work's email as the contact on the form, and as of close of business on Friday, we still hadn't heard back. Is it likely that by the time we get back to work on Monday that our confirmation will be there? They seem to be taking their time.
That is poor. But you just know the plastics will rush to the ticket office if we get to the final...
