We must get three points from the game, and we will.....form is temporary, class is permanent, and we have too much class to go down!
That is a very important word, and to put it into perspective, we have 3rd class players on 1st class wages. I ****ing hate Bruce.
possibly a season too late, pan fyassed spawny eyed, ****ed up accent, pastry eating mutha ****a not ower keen mesell like
We all know the current lot have got to be got rid, but I can`t see Short bankrolling good replacements. Bruce has screwed us big style. Short`s a multi billionaire. Can`t he bung us a few mill? Isn`t that what owners do?
excuse not to spend!! Gus should take him to one side & explain the word `gift` we`re his baby, he should finance. He must trust Gus, last chance imo, if this doesn`t work he`ll be off! he`s a multi billionaire, £100m his pocket money.
i know this, i suspect he knows this, i also suspect he is a little off the pace, and in conclusion, ellis is waiting to press the button, may have left it too late though got me hanging by a thread
Agree with everyone else. I've never given up hope. But if we can't win one of Palace (h), Norwich (a) and West Ham (h) then we deserve to go down. I too am not keen on Bruce - this lack of goals started with his inability to manage ****ers like Bâ¬nt and Gyan. Of course who could manage such money-grabbing tossers? None of us could. But there Bruce was out of his depth. That's what top managers do. And in the end PDC/di Fanti replaced them with ... Altidore. Anyway, I've been seeing a new lass for a couple of months, generally we meet on Monday evening (her kid goes to the gym that evening, good lad ) but I'm afraid she gets the E for one Monday from me unless we can put the match on her computer! I'm sure she'll agree
It all hinges on Monday V West Ham for me. Up until this point I've always thought and said we'd be safe and still believe that but if we lose on Monday then I honestly think that will be the final nail in our relegation coffin. We have so **** games coming up and need the cushion of those 3 points.
TBH mate, West Ham in disarray coming up to the NE on a Monday night, with **** support & virtually safe, is as big a gift horse as we could wish for. If we look that gift horse in the mouth we deserve not to be at the races in the final furlongs. At least we wouldn't punch it in the face like the Mags would
Nice one But we have a very bad habit of ****ing it up against our relegation rivals. If Altidore and Whickham have any goals in them then this is the game to produce, we simply MUST win this one before we go on a run of 4 very dodgy games. Our confidence will be shot to bits if we get beat on Monday and we don't need that carrying over in to those 4 games. Win and we have a cushion and some hope and who knows? we might pull of a surprise or two.
Oh ye of little faith FFS it's got to happen sooner or later, I just hope it's sooner, like Monday. Question is, which one will get the shout? Borini will surely start so which one will get dropped? my guess is Dozy Couldn't-hit-a-barn-door, Gus seems to want to give Wickham a run in the team and I reckon West Ham are right up his street, their style will suit him so here's hoping.
