After Henry V's premature death, his widow Catherine of Valois married Owen Theodore (Tudor), a Welsh wardrobe attendant.

Catherine bore Owen two sons, Jasper and Edmund.

Edmund married Margaret Beaufort, and this union produced the future King Henry VII.

There is a shared link between Margaret Beaufort and Henry V via John of Gaunt, but none through the dominant paternal line.
