Pardew: ''We need to work on our process'

What does this even mean? Unfortunately I'm a bit too simple to decipher Pardew's bullshit.

 

I think it's essentially the equivalent of a computer loading screen... He says that and then 10 minutes later he boots up and starts actually answering the interview questions

 

The man talks rubbish and his team play rubbish. They obviously can't understand a word he says either.

 

Pardew is a useless ****

 

Process. You know: corners, shooting, passing, defending, positioning, knowing the basics of the offside laws (defenders and attackers) and selection not to mention tactics and determination.

Get those sorted and the rest will follow.

 

Pardew is the biggest problem at the club right now, hasn't got a clue. Should have been sacked after the Tottenham game.

Should have been sacked after Reading last year. Then again after Sunderland last year. Then after Liverpool last year. Then in the Summer. Then after we lost in the League Cup. Then Sunderland. Then after Cardiff. Then Sunderland. Then Spurs. Then Everton. Then Southampton. Repeat ad infinitum until an owner that gives a fck turns up.

You forgot to mention the fact he didn't get sacked for the headbutt. Clearest evidence that MA is happy with mediocrity as long as the money is rolling in.

Shouldn't have been here at all and wouldn't have been if he hadn't owed MA money and got the job so he could pay him some of it back.

Pardew can cut out the 'looked like we had no energy' bollocks. That is getting old. The players deserve all the abuse that is thrown at them, but who is it that trains them, prepares them, motivates them, picks the tactics - the manager. The guy is a total waste of space. The players might not be as good as we think but people expect effort. When that disappears then it's the manager because they quite clearly are either not listening to him or he doesn't bollock them. f**k off Pardew.

 

I've finally cracked. I've fluctuated between giving him the benefit of the doubt and wanting him out, but now I think his position has become truly untenable and he needs to leave sooner rather than later.

I seriously cannot remember any manager who has chalked up so many appalling defeats as Alan Pardew. And aside from breaking practically every negative record in the book, I struggle to remember the last time our team actually played some good football consistently.

What disappoints me the most is that I've simply stopped caring about the club's results. I see a clueless manager, a poor squad who don't appear to care, backed by an owner who lacks any sort of ambition. It's hard to love your club when there seems to be such a lack of passion around it. I look at Southampton and I'm jealous. Southampton... for god's sake. Is that how far we've sunk?

 

Wait until next season - We'll have been surpassed in ambition by Burnley. You can just picture Pardew after a defeat at Turf Moor "We cannot compete financially with the Burnley's of this world". Sad state of affairs.

 

on top of that we have a new 'top of her profession' fitness coach... more ****e we got pedaled.

 

I'd rather Pards just **** his mouth rather than insult us with piss weak excuses.
I bet if you added up the purchase price of our squad and Southampton's there won't be too much difference.
