He was holding it up well earlier in the season. He's been garbage in the last few weeks though, tiredness doesn't explain why he can't even control simple balls anymore
Since he got caught playing about behind his wife's back his form has been ****. Luckily he has still managed some important goals during that time.
Don't want to single anyone out but I really think we would have won today with a proper striker. I guess it's a bonus point, no one really expected us to get anything today
Good effort, but Giroud just isn't good enough in the big games, it's like playing with 10 men, everyone put in a good shift in today except him. Not signing a top quality striker has cost us this season, but who didn't see that coming, bar the Wengerites?
I think a draw was a fair result, they dominated the first half but we where the much better team in the second. The emirates has become a fortress. Since the opening day of the season and the loss to villa we haven't lost a game in the league at home. It's our away form to the big teams that we need to sort out as at home even the teams ahead of us can't beat us.
It seemed to me that we scored BECAUSE he was out of position and the ball had to go into the box for someone else. Matthieu , top goal .
Damn what a 2nd half. Good response to the Swansea and Chelsea debacles. Let's use this momentum to beat Everton then beat Wigan. That's more like it from Arsenal. Gibbs MOTM for me.
Much better effort from us and a really good response from the Chelsea debacle. We go into the Everton game in good touch. On a side note, don't you think pelligrini and Wenger look like brothers?
