    Nando

    Hazard Lamps Schurrle
    Matic Luiz
    Dave JT Cahill Ivan

    Cech

Bottom teams have always been a thorn in our side.

Hope they put this to bed in the first half. I need to work and can't focus on second half..

    Come on you Blues!!

Glad he decided that Schurrle is the better option, Willian is more important to deal with the threat of players like Silva and Lavezzi but when the attacking team have players not of that quality like Palace, Fulham etc, then the more attacking threat of Schurrle is needed. Luiz/Matic is always a treat.

TBH, Nando et al make Schurrle look like a clinical striker. But he is so frustrating type of player - when it comes to finishing.

clearly illustrated by his unconvincing attempt at that wonderful cross from Cesar.

Apparently Schurrle didnt get a touch it was the defender that put it out.

any clinical finisher would have got something on it - just an amazing cross from Cesar.

    feck it !!

as usual - most of our guys sleep walking in the first half. Lucky not to be 1 down!

need to sign in for work now.. will have an ear out for the second half!!

Final pass lacking again so far, and that was a definite penalty for Palace missed out.

I would hook Torres and Lampard for Oscar and one of Ba, Salah and Willian.

We need to win this game.

How Palace didn't get a penalty is beyond me.

Cant watch the game atm but been able to look up the stats so far. Is the game as boring as the stats suggest?

Chelsea will still win this one even though they're 1 down with 30 mins to play...

Not watching it, but having Torres up front isn't likely to help

Chelsea were absolutely battered. 1-0 flattered you. 2 clear penalties turned down and if given Cahill would also be off. I think starting Lampard and Torres was a mistake.
