Here in Canada I tried that link using Malaysia Proxy Server settings:-

Attempts to connect, no "not available in your territory" message, but eventually get an Error message.

Tried again, now, "Please stand by, we are experiencing technical difficulties" - so are the team!

I can get through with the proxy but it throws an error when I go back to my own connection.
