Pint of Guinness, followed by double Scotch, large glass of red wine and a Jeager bomb. Rinse and repeat until you pass out. The contrition and guilt is down to your psyche however - it wouldn't bother me a monkey's toss
Start with a couple of REALLY SWIFT beers Then move on to about a bottle and a half of Spanish red wine (mine was from the Ribero del Duero region) Top it off with some ****ing cocktails whose name you can't even remember Worked for me last night

UDS won that nicely enough...had them buried a long way out..would have least been third in the CH on collateral ratings. That would have meant the hype horse/bookies friend finishing fourth!..my goodness..
