    The time for joint responsibility was immediately after it happened.

    After years of lies and cover ups, all the blame is now going to fall on the OB and it's entirely self inflicted.

    Correct me if I'm wrong but I thought they were doing everyone a favour at Orgreave...?

    I was still a little bit dead then, so I don't know really, just what I've picked up from hearing bits and bobs.
