They claim they have, we will have to wait and see.

In Fallout 3, it says if you leave items in a container in a room/house you don't own, then when you come back there's a chance they may have disappeared. Is that just scaremongering then?

I've never seen it happen. I used to leave guns in bins in the casinos and they were always there when I came back.

Just go to the Lucky 38 and talk to House. He gives a free suite where you can store all your stuff.

Even if he's not there yet, you can get a motel room in Novac you'll never lose. Think he wants an actual house though...

The theme of you being a sort of drifter would be ruined if you could get a house. Staying at motels and casinos is the way to go.

Once you've completed the quest at The Thorn and nailed that scary lady, I think you can use her room as much as you like as well, but obviously it's gonna take while before you can be good enough to complete that.

Unless you play on the difficulty I play on, then you can probably go straight there from Goodsprings and win it in your pants.

I dunno, you have to go through the Quarry and get deathclaw eggs.

Ooh yeah even I struggle with Deathclaws. Let's just assume PL will never get there.

Deathclaws are easy. Anti Material rifle to the face, and they go down like anything else.

Only problem is you can't get that gun until level 16, and then it costs stupid amounts of caps.

There's also that bit where you have to go up that narrow mountain path, fighting through swarms of cazadors to get at their eggs. That quest is an absolute bitch.

Shouldn't take that long to make enough to buy it. Kill some Fiends, loot their weapons, or win it at the casinos.

Assault carbine makes the cazadores go away. Only 5000 caps! Or there's one you can loot in a quest at Nellis AFB.

I never have a problem with caps anyway, or money in Skyrim. Loot everything of value and the only weapons I really use are the ones I find, so I never need to spend much - the Anti Material Rifle is different because you have to buy it, but it's got super high skill and strength requirements to be able to aim it straight anyway.

All this is unnecessary when you have the brush gun.

I'm the opposite, I spend what I get and rarely save up. Especially in hardcore mode when most of what I buy is water. I also like to buy attachments for all my guns and that costs quite a bit.

I have plenty of weapons but **** all in the way of ammunition. I've got a fair number of decent melee weapon, but I'd rather not charge a deathclaw with a machete.

I played Skyrim for about a week. If I go on it now I just go village to village killing all the children.
