Ain't got any sound here, but the plastic flag jibes at us are hilarious after that. Is it ok if the flag is absolutely huge then?

LMAO @ some of the responses

"Wouldn't a victory parade be 'after' a game and not before?? It was no victory parade, it was a welcome 'before' the game - you've been fed duff information"

hahaha, it was after a game, the United game, an orchestrated big flag waving 'event' to mark their hero's return after their Cup Final <laugh>

    Embarrassing beyond belief

They call it support. However if another club did it they would fall over laughing.

    Exactly.

'small time' would be shouted from the roof tops, but of course it's just a 'normal' show of support, nothing to do with winning their Cup final, god forbid <laugh>

haha, yeah of course the timing of this "Guard of Honour" was nothing to do with the Cup final win...ahem...I mean the win at OT, purely co-incidental that, it was just to mark the well know landmark of game 31 <laugh>

I feel sorry for them singing that there gonna win the league, because it'll all come crashing down when Mourinho and Chelsea go to Anfield needing 3 points. City will then put the cherry on the top of the cake a couple of weeks later, and then all of them will be coming out and saying, that only the top 4 was there aim, and that they never ever believed they could win it:biggrin:

Top 4 was the aim, anything more is a bonus

If you were in our position would you not think you at least stood a chance of winning it?

Are we the only fans that cant be excited that we might win it?

    You post is complete nonsense

Well think what you want because at the end of the day it matters not one bit what you think! Whether it was for that game, this game or whatever

I was worried it would take the players foot off the gas, that was my biggest concern

All that matters is what happens on the pitch and if that Guard of Honour helps then im all for it

Ofcourse but it is still going to be funny seeing you all back tracking when it all goes wrong. It could even go wrong on Sunday against Spurs, I can see them causing you problems on the counter attack

They could and probably will cause us problems, Im not arrogant enough to say the definitely wont

None of us will be back tracking fella, most of us think we wont win it but to say we cant be excited that we might win it and you may as well stop watching football and following your team

I'll repeat, getting into CL was the aim, anything more is a bonus

The only thing amusing about the fact your club was forcing fans to take flags at the tip of an AK in an attempt to negate the large sterile corporate presence in the stadium was the fact that it bugged chavs when you post it :D

For that to be true there would have to be some embarrassed individuals. Mere inflated manic opinion doesn't create embarrassment out of thin air.

Mind you, Everton's last victory parade involved a horse and cart. This was hardly a victory parade. Not sure wtf it was to be honest and I'd imagine the players were maybe the one's that may have been embarrassed if anyone was.

Your fans voluntarily wave the exact flags you slag off. Flawed logic. I have no problem with plastic flags, it's a petty thing to beat someone up about, but at least refrain from being hypocritical.
