    I think the real worrying trait from Poyets reign so far, apart from his inability to get them out of bottom 3 despite having had a lot of time, is the number of changes he makes every game. Yes they've had loads of game but there is no consistency in selection. Obviously he has a squad with limited ability but he is rapidly becoming "Tinkerman part 2". I read a piece in the journal about this, and whilst it was wholly inaccurate as usual in terms of detail, it did carry a quote about he himself hated that Raneiri did this and he found it unnecessary. Yet he appears to have fallen into the same trap. There is definitely a bit of panic creeping in with Gus. I think he expected to have the submarine levelling out or ascending by now, and he is just trying random things tactically/selection wise. He needs to settle down and just get back to the basics of what served him well early on.

    I know some of you will feel it is unfair to liken him to Ranieri. I realise he has more than a passing resemblence to Monkey Heed Peter Reid or the Uruk-Hai off Lord of the Rings, but I'm talking solely about tactical acumen.

    Looks to me like you have been reading that article in the journal, which was actually a pile of ****e with almost all the figures used factually incorrect.

    I think Sunderland fans must accept that, considering he picks the same **** DiCanio did, including Seb, who every Mackem and their sister/wife would happily blow away with a semi AK47 if they lived in Putin's Russia, Gus is basically pocketing a lot of money for printing off Paolo's old rotas <ok>

    No getting away from it, though it is inaccurate in terms of numbers (less changes in some cases), he is chopping and changing like no ones business.

    Too shattered to be glowing, got to be up very early in the morning too so I wont be glowing till after we beat Southampton tomorrow.
