Yeah hilarious and a jolly wheeze. Ex TWS fans, what wags they are. Would it be as hilarious if it was someone on the side of the Allams/Pro Name change? Course not, then it would be CTWD Press Release material about bandwagon jumpers with no idea of the traditions or history of our great club. Lets see if the plastic gets outed or comes forward. The spin will be funny to read too. Am I sneering? Yes I am, and in a much nicer way than if it was the other way round.
Nice dick measuring in the first 5 paragraphs, "i've been to 80 away grounds don't you know" Bully for you, sir!
I've tweeted that he's made it up, I'll let you know if he responds. In the meantime, I know for a fact that while we were in League Two, one of the Yes To Hull Tigers campaigners was a transsexual that I used to see at the Silhouette.
See in the biblical sense? Did they look like Andy Gray? As long as (s)he was a Hull City fan, who cares? If (s)he was a TWS or a LFC fan, they'd come in for justifiable abuse for that, the gender thing matters not to me.
Mike Whitehead is in fact so grateful to the great man, that he consistently spells Assem's name incorrectly throughout his blog post. Donation to his party offered in return for a positive blog post about his name change idea?
Seems his reasoning is he walked into a bar in Barcelona in his city shirt and people knew who he supported. Their whole campaign is summed up by this. No facts, no figures, no business plan. The owner's son has even come out in an interview and said there's nothing in it. Yet the clingers on still bang on as if they're going to achieve greatness for the club. The mind boggles.
The embarrassing content isn't even the worst thing. How can the club say they want people to vote whichever way they feel is best while at the same time campaigning for yes votes. That's as ridiculous as the bent questions.
People should vote how they want. And ignore anything the club or ctwd say. Make YOUR own minds up . I voted no because I prefer HULL CITY to HULL TIGERS. simple as that.
On his twitter there's a pic of him at Old Trafford, during their celebrations at the end of last season. Pot calling kettle black?
