This lot probably weren't around then.

They probably only drove pas old Trafford in the last 5 or so years and supported someone else before.

There was a twat from miles away from Manchester on talksport a couple months ago, can't remember where but it was southern, and he rang in to say that he refuses to go to old Trafford whilst Moyes is manager and they're not winning all the time <laugh>

Sums the ****ing lot of the ****s up.

They would be ****ing stupid to sack Moyes before the season ended. Or even before next season started.

If Man Utd want to keep the tradition they have had, they must keep Moyes and let him build. In the short term it might be poor, but in the long term it could reap rewards similar to those of Fergie.

Of course the problem they have is players who wouldve signed for them under Fergie or to play in the UCL, now wont.

Quite crazy to think that they would probably take Brucey in a heartbeat now.

But that's assuming that longevity will guarantee success. What if Moyes just isn't good enough for that level? Then he could be given 10 years and never produce. I'm not quite sure why DM is considered such an amazing manager. He did well with Everton but seemed to struggle pushing past his level.

Fergie was relatively unknown, and certainly hadn't spent years at that level. Moyes on the other hand has, and achieved as much as he was ever going to achieve. He was a terrible appointment, and for that, I thank the Man U board.

Moyes needs to grow some balls and bin off the dross in their squad.

    f**k what Fergie thinks.

    I honestly don 't think the following are good enough for any team aspiring to make the top four, let alone challenge for the title and the CL;

    Rafael.
    Jones.
    Smalling.
    Cleverley.
    Evans.

They're mid table players at best.

That's five thus far he needs to replace.

Throw into the mix Vidic, Giggs, Ferdinand and Evra who are either leaving or are knocking on, there's another 4.

He might have to bite the bullet with Fellaini as well who's been dog **** and what the f**k did he buy Mata for?

He plays the same position as Rooney?

He'd have been better spending the money on Hummels and start to rebuild from the back.

It's a right mess, I don't think he knows what he's doing and he's well out of his depth.

    Brilliant stuff.

He didn't win the Champions League though. The Champions League is what Real Madrid fans & club want most.

13 league titles and 2 CL title.

Impressive. Could have won more but as with knockout tournaments anything can happen.

Winning the league is far more impressive than any knock out tournament and our friends down the east lanc, or along the m62, or any direction you like have not won as many. Infact only Liverpool have managed to win more than just one of our managers....

Made by Stretford End Flags. Not supported by the fans though.

It will stay until he goes though, regardless of how stupid it actually is.

You can't compare Fergie to Moyes, one had come in with the club in complete shambles, the other one came in on the back of a title win. If Fergie was in charge there is no way this team wouldn't be in the top four. Stability doesn't bring success its something a lot of people think does. If it did pretty certain Wenger would of won more these past 8 years. Moyes has not got a CV that show he will definately bring success. If Guardiola or Mourinho where in charge i would understand giving him more time.

My main point is Fergie and Moyes are different era's facing very different challenges. Moyes isn't ever going to be good enough for United in my eyes, so why waste time and money in giving him a chance when there is very little evidence to show he will do well with it? They gave him 30M+ in January and he bought someone to play on the left win who his old manager had been saying for 6 months couldn't play on the wing!

An all too familiar sight at Old Trafford this season as they ship another late goal.

    To someone ****.

I don't recall Brown being hounded out as such.
I do remember hearing from the inside how he dug his own grave and the club had little option but to sack, oops, put him on garden leave.

What's the idea of 'the class of 92' buying Salford City? What are they after achieving?

Give Moyes a couple of transfer windows then judge. Stupid to get rid now. I doubt very much that Ferguson would have kept them top 4. They are simply not good enough.

People keep saying, "SAF had a bad first few Seasons" etc etc.

However, this exact side that Moyes has inherited did in fact win the Premier League last Season, did it not?

I think we all knew it wouldn't be the same, but to have 10 defeats and the chance of not even qualifying for Europa League is pretty bad, even for a first Season.

It wouldn't surprise me at all if he got the sack, and I think there were much better options out there to have instead of him.

He hasn't done anything in the transfer windows, apart from wasting just under £30million on Fellaini, and buying Mata.

It's simply hilarious for us, but even for those Man Utd fans who understand the importance of being patient, this is really bad.
