Yes. Major League was ace. His comic timing is excellent, a very difficult skill for actors, I'm told. Comedic roles. I never watched his sit-com, but I believe he was the highest paid actor on the most watched television in the world. Clearly the man had/has talent. To suggest he only got where he did because he had a famous dad is disingenuous. I think he would have been found out by now if that was the case. Plenty kids with famous dads who don't make it.
It's all about opinions, isn't it? I don't rate Sheen much as a serious actor at all, but he certainly has something.
