It was a rise of epic proportions for Liverpool. Its a shame that it coincides with our epic fall. Lets hope we win the FA cup and have something to cheer about.
Don't like Liverpool at all, however it's nice to see some new teams challenging for the title instead of the same old boring title winners, year after year. If they win it, it will be because they were the best side over the course of the season, that's it.
well at least he deserves it, at the moment BBC sport is plastered with United articles and Rooney's ugly mug because of his irrelevant goal in an irrelevant match.
This just comes across as desperate that they feel the need to crow about Rooney and manure when they are not in any competitions (they are about to be dumped out the Champs league very soon). Everything will go back to normal when Shiekh City gives Moyes a footballing lesson.
I think its best I point out we are still in the Champions League and unless you can predict the future its probably best to remain under the radar especially after your side has just been smashed for the what? 5th time this season.
And how many times have you been hammered? 4-1 to City, 3-0 to Liverpool at home etc, at least we didn't get hammered at home like you did to Liverpool getting humiliated and totally outplayed. How about you just stay under the radar and stop coming talking here like your in some position to talk down to Arsenal fans when your team is in 7th place and will end in mid-table come end season. I keep telling you, go comment on your rival threads, i.e. Newcastle-Everton etc.
Not because I think they're any good, I just have a suspicion they'll pull a performance out of nowhere. Red rooster will no doubt score the winner
Thats a first... no messages at all for Liverpool game, I guess you dont count them as a rival for rest of the season now?
We're not in the title race, so it doesn't matter anymore, we just have to concentrate on ourselves right now, win our games, secure top 4, and then look at what else can happen if we can string some results together. There's still small potential to catch you guys depending on your 3 big games of Spurs, Chelsea, and City.
It's going to be a very big game in their minds, they will be thinking they have the potential to get into the top 4 again because of our dip in form, and with us and Everton playing next week, they'll be thinking that's another chance to catch up with 2 rivals potentially dropping points.
http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/26775674 Ryan Giggs and four former Manchester United team-mates have agreed a deal to purchase non-league Salford City - so we know where Moyes is heading.
From BBC Sport: "SUBSTITUTION - Man Utd 3-1 Aston Villa Change for Manchester United, shortly after the survive a penalty appeal from Christian Benteke, as Shinji Kagawa is withdraw to a rapturous reception. Teenage Belgian/Kosovan/Albanian/English midfielder Adnan Januzaj trots on - and almost makes an instant impact. Januzaj shrugs off a couple of Villa defenders before trundling a low shot into the hands of Villa keeper Christian Benteke." That Benteke lad plays everywhere these days! Sign him up.
