I'm just getting really f'ked off with an owner who talks about us like we're a piece of ****! Any other owner would be telling us how much they appreciate our support! Especially at away games when the so called silent majority are glued to the radio or f'king shopping! :-(

The most alarmi g element for me is tbe club haven't been able to name the independent adjudicator s immediately. This suggests they don't have one and no company with a shred of reputation wishes to be associated with the ballot.

Did it ever cross your mind to say " we won't be voting "?? Like has been said the vote is loaded and we could have made it even more worthless if we messed with his head and said NO THANKS.

No he didn't say we're not a club with good support! He said (along the lines of) the stadium is quiet .. and he's right isn't he? It's said enough times on these boards how poor the atmosphere is. He did. CTWD questions smell of fear!
I can't remember the exact wording but what he said was shocking even for an Allam. He explicitly criticised the fans' support for the team and it wasn't limited to one statement; he drew it out over 2 or 3 sentences. He did say it was a quiet stadium but there was a lot more than that.

I really can't understand the furore over the WORDING of a ballot. I am sure that the ballot will have small words of it, small enough for even the senile shallow members of CTWD to understand............. are they worried they will lose?
Someone's got to stand up to the Allams, their behavior is the same as how drug lords operate? "we saved your arse so you shut the hell up while we do whatever the **** we want" I am not anti-allam but please for the love of god keep an eye half open on what they're up to. I don't dislike them but I'm sick of hearing "they saved us. Are you basically implying that we should all sit down with big grins on our faces because someone has done an incredible gesture and gave us £41 million pounds and we should never question their intent, their motives, their actions because after all "they saved us"? I don't think the Allams will be seen as our saviour for much longer if they keep this attitude up. ... DOn't be lured in a sense of security. They are business men, they don't really "care" like we do. THey need to go, get rid of the cancer asap even if it means struggling next year. In your opinion Lambie. Which you are perfectly entitled to, even though you are wrong and even though others clearly don't agree with you. Yes, I left CI. Sick of the remaning half a dozen ignorant sods left talking to themselves spouting the same ****e incapable of accepting that others may have or are entitled to a differing view. The board was going through a slow, painful death (which is a crying shame). As for the last sentence, let's see what the ballot brings. In the same way that AA managed to turn many against himself and toward CTWD, I reckon some of those claiming to be the 'superior supporters' backing CTWD (which they clearly can't as they don't buy in to the 'this is not about the Allams but is a single issue' principle that is supposedly so fundamental to the CTWD campaign) are managing to achieve exactly the same but in reverse. Some of us at least are sick of hearing them with their OTT conjecture, defamation, petty insults, untruths, scaremongering etc. Probably what we can agree on is the sooner it's over the better.
Amen to that, it can't come soon enough. And apologies for my previous post, it was unnecessarily OTT, I must have been more pissed off last night than I thought I was.
