I worry whether we actually have the personnel to get the deals done. No MD or DoF. Who's going to do the negotiating and paperwork? Charnley and Irving I guess but with the amount of enquiries and deals to do you wonder if we are going to be well equipped.

Another worry is we yet again have our list of players we want and no one as back up if we don't get them and we end up with gaping holes in the squad again.

3 strikers are needed - we will get 2 (neither will be Remy. Gomis on a free maybe? Hopefully not Luuk De Jong though)
2 wingers needed - we will get 1
1 creative CM needed - we will sign one
CB needed - we won't sign anyone
LB needed - we won't sign anyone

I imagine we already have about £50m in the bank but we won't spend more than £30m. We will lose Debuchy and/or Tiote should bids of £25m+ come in so their replacements would be in addition to the requirements above.
