    On the 19th March 1974 we beat WBA away from home 3-2 (Day I was born)

    On the 22nd March 2014 we beat WBA at home 2-0. (The first fixture after my 40th)

    No, I just thought it was a strange coincidence. Considering the fixtures are picked at random, the fact that we managed to be in the same league 40 years on, quite a coincidence.

    How about this...

    07/08...Reading relegated from the PL.Hull City promoted to the PL.
    08/09...Burnley promoted to the PL.

    12/13...Reading relegated from the PL.Hull City promoted to the PL.
    13/14...Burnley promoted to the PL(unless they have a disasterous last 8 games or so)

    if WBA get relegated this season there's another one,as they were also relegated in 08/09.

    Wolves also promoted in 08/09,and looking like being promoted this season too.

    Well, it's my birthday today (54 before you ask), and my son-in-law to be only told me today that his grandfather was on city's books for two years 61-62 or thereabouts. The player was called Keith Dixon. (Anyone old enough to remember him?). Now, I like my son-in-law to be very much indeed, he's a top notch young fellow. However, the fact he was once on the books at TWS slightly perturbed me (LOL). However, the fact that his grandfather played in the black and amber and his family are season ticket holders has more than made up for it!:emoticon-0102-bigsm

    Lot better thanks, in for some tests on Tuesday & small op Thursday. After that hopefully I'll just need the defibrillator in my chest & be sorted.
