I went out for a Vegan breakfast on Sunday.

'Ham' and 'cheese' toastie with a side of 'scrambled eggs'.

Was interesting to say the least...

 

Tonight I had salmon fillets done in a garlic and chilli butter with spring onions. Served with boiled rice.

What did everyone else have?

Injun takeaway tonight, not phoned up for it yet.

On the vegan thing: I tried it for 4 weeks, lost a stone in weight because most of the meals I made ended up in the bin.

 

bacon cabbage and spuds tonight - is my niece's birthday and it was her choice for dinner.......

 

not long back from work - have to be a takeaway.

unless I have roasted cheese.

Grilled Pork Chops, baby potatoes (In their skins) and broccoli in a cheese sauce.

 

Sirloin chips peas onion gravy. Meh.

I'm having reheated Injun takeaway. I've already got a bit of Ghandi's Revenge from yesterday so if you don't hear from me again the reheated curry proved fatal.
