MotoGP bore alert! What did you reckon TSS? I was very surprised at the pace Rossi showed, when he sacked Burgess off I thought he was making a huge mistake, maybe not it seems. Or it could just be a coincidence of course. Also the signs are looking good for Bradley Smith, I think this is a bit of a make or break year for him so hopefully he'll do the business next time out.

 

For the first time since around Assen 2006 I've missed a MotoGP event, with little chance to watch any highlights. So I've no idea. I was called out because my help was desperately needed. Until I can watch some sort of race rerun I can't comment. Bummer..!

It's outrageous that they're fourth. No idea how they've done it with that squad.

 

Find me the highlights and I'll watch. Just wasn't able to. In years gone by I would have just stuck the video recorder or the hdd recorder on. Can't do that now. That's progress, I guess.

 

Fourth is kind of up for grabs in that league, so much dross outside of the top 3. I've watched them a couple of times this year, and they do seem to work bloody hard as a team, I reckon they'll just hold on.

It's crazy. Now that Llorente is gone, there is not really a star player left in the team, apart from Muniain, so for them to not only be 4th but be comfortably so, it's a massive achievement.

 

And Herrera

 

He's hardly the same level as Martinez or Llorente, is he?

Benat's good too, actually. Just remembered him.

 

Susaeta is good too. And Aymeric Laporte came out of nowhere. Not sure how they'll cope when they lose the veterans like Iraola and Aduriz though.

 

I know there's a right back in the youth system called Markel Etxeberria, supposed to be highly thought of. I say that, I only know it through FM...

 

If he's anywhere near as good as the last player they had with that surname, they're sorted.

 

The ironic thing about that Etxeberria was that he was a Real Sociedad kid initially...

Loved that guy. Took me ages to learn to pronounce his name.
