If it weren't for the Scouser boss I worked for 5-10 years ago, I never would have become a fan of English football. I suppose I could have been a brown-noser and glommed onto Liverpool, but instead I became a fan of Hull City by happenstance. And I am glad for it. Still, the Reds have a soft place in my heart since he was the best boss I've ever had. Screw Chelsea and the rest of the top tier clubs.
Liverpool...my Scouser wife will be over the moon. They are certainly the most exciting team to watch by far...Suarez best striker in the league....Sturridge fantastic....Sterling improved massively this season...Skrtl scoring at both ends. Just hope they don't come in with a massive bid for Curtis. CH is their big weakness right now.
I grew up in the 80's when Liverpool were the glory-seeking plastics team of choice so don't want a return to those days, hope Man City win it as nobody is that bothered about them outside Manchester
Bleeding 'ell you ever had a free thought or do you always just regurgitate everything you hear on MOTD?
Interesting analysis in the Mirror has chelski winning (alas) but also us finishing 11th on 41 points, never trust these fancy predictions but would be over the moon about 11th place!!! http://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/football/news/premier-league-table-data-analysts-3232277
Never watch MOTD...but I do watch all their games live over here. And unlike you I have my own opinions mate rather than regurgitating some of the anti-Liverpool garbage you and others spew out on here. Wind your neck in...who the **** are you suited and booted for moron.
Wouldn't mind Arsenal winning but highly doubt they will Wenger has struggled against better tacticians than him. Everyone knew Chelsea would play counter attacking football but Wenger still played his team quite high up. I don't dislike Mourinho so i will go with Chelsea.
Wolverhampton gave a good account of themselves after beating Sheff Utd, and I think they have a better team than Leyton Orient or Brentford, so I'm going with them.
can't remember. the betting slip is 5,000 miles away at the moment. it wasn't great. I put a bet on each division top + bottom to match the teams I picked in a prediction league. Chelsea & Crystal Palace Leicester & Doncaster Wolves & Stevenage Portsmouth & Accrington Cambridge & Hyde 4/10 at the moment. Still got hopes that Palace and Stevenage will oblige. Portsmouth was a bad choice.
I take it you are ******ed and unable to read something without jumping to unfounded conclusions. Google logic and learn.
With comments like "it would just be good for football" there's only one candidate for mental deficiency here.
It would be good to break the stranglehold the moneybags clubs have. Yep, LFC have cash too, but something has to change. And I am sick of the top clubs buying titles with stupid money. And sick of manure and the monotony. The neutrals choice seems to be Liverpool, and it is on the style they play and he fact that this question seems to be linked to a genuine possibility rather than a pipe dream. Out of the clubs with a chance I think Liverpool would do the most to inject some hope into the rest of he league... Good football can win. Not sure how your logic leapt to the rest of your bilge.
How the **** is Liverpool winning stuff "a change"? As a kid all I remember is them racking up titles. "Not sure how your logic leapt to the rest of your bilge." Well, if you can't work that out it pretty much backs up my assertion that you're the one with a stuck brain.
Forgetting money and previous success. I think the way Liverpool have played this season makes me sway to them. Both arsenal and city have played well at times. Chelsea just have a master tactician at the helm. It would be nice to see a coach like rogers win it as he's come through the ranks in this country!
That's a good point, actually..... but still not good enough to convince me to join the Scouse love-in.
