There are virtually no neutrals as far as Liverpool are concerned, same reason that there are virtually no neutrals regarding MUFC. If you are the dominant team for a long period of time (as Liverpool were before the Ferguson era of dominance), then your own supporters love you but the vast majority of opposition fans hate you. The only neutral fans are the younger generation that never witnessed Liverpool's glory years, although there would still be some resentment towards them for being a "big 4" team for so long anyway. In their eyes the dominant teams of the last 15 years or so would be MUFC, Chelsea and Arsenal, so in that sense they'd rather a less successful team (in recent times) win the PL.
As a neutral I'd personally like to see Arsenal lift the PL Trophy, but that's not gonna happen this year. After them I'd go for Liverpool just because they've not won it for a while and it throws a cat among the pigeons. Shock @ a Chelsea fan wanting Chelsea to win the title.
