7 goals, 3 of which were pelanties, 7 bookings and a straight red. That's a proper El Clasico right there.
they don't got many away fans do they? for the biggest game in world footie (apart from maybe Göztepe vs Karsiyaki in Izmir..)
That is because both clubs will not give more than a handful ofmtickets to the other one. There are even arguments about how many club officials go. Your insinuation that that not many go because of lack of interest is wrong. In any case a four hundred mile trip for a game that time of night wouldn't make it easy even if you could get fhe tickets. The kick off last night was 9pm meaning the game finished at 10.45pm. Good job the Madrid fans aren't like ours as heaven knows what time they would have to start leaving to get home in a city with 10 times as large a population as ours. Yet they manage to remain to the end and then they will be all stopping off in the bars which will still be open until late whilst ours are shut and then be able to get transport home. I don't think they will be looking at the City of Culture 2017 for tips on being a vibrant city.
A great match to watch. Messi once again the star of the show. Eat your hearts out Ronaldo and Bale who lagged way behind. As for Ramos, Looks perfect for Slumberland with his red card mentality.
