Our new owners and some of our new fans have little or concept of our history or traditions. Our present owner believes that Hull Tigers is a snappier shorter title than Hull City! From 8 letters to 10....how does that work? We already have one of the shortest names in the country and the best nickname, and to think some folk want to 'improve' these things! 'Kin mental.
It looks like it could do with a bit of a polish if you ask me. Those plastic bits that line the stands that are sort of windows, they're grimey as ****. It just looks like it hasn't had a spring clean for a while.
