Van Persie has been out for quite a few games , will be out for the next 6 games and he will STILL fall , maybe 2 or 3 goals short of Giroud who has played almost EVERY single game for us. . THATS how totally ineffective he is. If he is our threat next season , and i bet he WILL be , it will be deja vu next feb /march . The squad is not deep enough , or good enough to win the League or The CL . It might just fluke a domestic cup . If the wind is in the right direction.

Anyway, back to football. The spuds won this afternoon, so it's vital that we win our game on Tuesday to put clear daylight between us again. Also if we win we go level on points with Liverpool albeit with them having a game in hand over us. There are so many crucial games coming up in the run in. This title race is only just beginning to get hot.
If it can't be us then I'd like to see Liverpool win the league. They would be the first club in a while who have won it on merit rather than how much they can spend to win it. Also it would piss the Mancs off no end
