Thought this was cool, Google is celebrating Senna's 54th birthday: https://www.google.com.au/?gfe_rd=cr&ei=sMsrU7DHMebC8geWlICYDA
I did hear about the senna front page on google but... Its currently just the standard one.... (Yesterday was a 1st day of spring one)
Even though I've gone for Lewis, I'm not that confident. Really concerned about reliability. It will be interesting to see the cooling packages the teams bring especially Red Bull because in testing in Bahrain they had very little of it. I think this will be the race where we could see a lot of retirements if it stays dry.
Ok, I'll have a crack at some predictions... Variable weather and car problems in qualifying gives us a mixed up grid, notable victims - Alonso starting from 9th and Hamilton 10th. Mercedes & McLaren look strong, with Force India showing well. Red Bull improving. Race time: Red Bull use their own starting lights in spite of the FIA's polite request that they turn them off. Both RBR drivers get great starts, while the rest of the grid is waiting for the official lights to go out. Variable weather during the race means lots of action in the pits, getting the wets ready but then putting them away again. Ricciardo's bad luck continues as he slides off in the wet and hits a tyre wall. No injuries but his race is over. Hamilton is playing a blinder - the fastest man on track, and making up places in impressive fashion. At the front it's Hulk managing to stay ahead of Nico, with Button, Grosjean and Massa further back. A frustrated Vettel struggles in a poorly performing car, before retiring with technical problems. Kimi having an off day. Alonso making his way through the field until he has a coming together with Maldonado, and that's the end of the race for both drivers. No injuries, and most commentators call it a racing incident. Weather radar has been showing rain, but when it comes it is sudden and heavy. With drivers pitting for tyres Hamilton stays out, but pays the price as he goes off into the tyre wall, bringing a frustrating end to a great drive. The tyre changes are cruel for Hulkenberg, allowing Rosberg to leapfrog him. Rosberg doesn't look back, driving a controlled race to his 2nd victory in 2 starts. Hulk and Button in comfortable 2nd and 3rd respectively. That's all I've got.
I simply don't have the time this week unfortunately, if someone else could step up that would be grand.
Doesn't he need to have an "on" day before he can have an "off" day. I like Kimi's attitude, but I wish he'd pull his finger out and show more of his potential more often. Ron Dennis predicted that after he won his first race he would take off "like a rocket" - literally. I'm still waiting...
And as if by magic the whispers of sabotage from Mercedes come into play: http://www1.skysports.com/f1/news/2...-used-at-the-australian-gp-can-be-raced-again Though not from Lewis himself. FORE!!!!!!!!!
FFS I don't want rain in qualifying. In the race I wouldn't mind but not qualifying, I want to see how quick the Mercedes and Williams are in dry conditions.
