the penalty incident confuses me a bit. Marriner doesn't seem to give it immediately, so I assume the linesman did. But he never moves his flag at all. All that happens is Marriner appears to give a goal kick, the chelsea players talk to him, and he changes his mind to a penalty. **** refereeing if i ever saw it.
