, wow, 1 year and his world-class, good god, if he keeps scoring season in, season out, then we'll talk, until then, its nonsense.
Who said world class? What's this "nonsense", you talk gibberish, please explain hat part you don't agree with. the stats show he is deadly, please try using facts Matth, you are talking ****e boy.
Yet you ignore the stats Sturridge ratio 0.72 Rooney 0.33 RvP 0.46 Also you have no idea what irony means
He wouldnt be the first to have a sole, single, solitary good season. Adam Johnson Darren Bent Darren huckerbey Kevin phillips Michu To name but a few. Sturridge may keep this up but for now I feel hes having a great season but hes not a great striker, yet.
Again seeing as you cant read a full post, I never said world class, but unlike Rooney Studge is one of the top marksmen in Europe right now on stats. Not opinions.
All that is is a ****e after the fact reasoning water muddying. let me reiterate. Sturridge ratio 0.72 Rooney 0.33 RvP 0.46 Suarez on course to beat Ronaldo's goal per game ratio in the PL too, if he does I am sure it will kill you and also am sure you will come up with some cognitive dissonance fueled reasoning as to why it is not a valid record.
Impressive stats. I assue its premier league only though as van persies stats are wrong otherwise. Its more like. 65 and thats van Persie severley out of form v Sturridge having his best ever season.
RvP 11 goals 3 assists 0.46 Rooney 11 goals 10 assists 0.33 22 goals 13 assists Daniel Sturridge 18 goals 6 assists 0.72 Luis Suarez 25 goals 10 assists 0.86 43 goals 16 assists Studge Suarez = Better at everything.
Let me simplify this for a simple man. Several average strikers have had a great season. That doesn't make them great strikers. Great strikers do it every season. Who knows what the future will bring. Suarez leaves, Sturridge becomes your sole striker of note, reverts to type and you sell him for half a million to Brentford in 3 years. Or He goes on to be top scorer for the next 5 years. Who knows. All we do know is hes in great form.
It's the league, and yes they are right, Sturridge is not in the CL, if he was playing more games obviously he has the chance to score more goals you clown
Let me put it simply for you. Every time a united player gets topped by stats you pull this ****e out of your arse because your brain just cannot handle being wrong. Last time the argument was "the "value" of goals scored", now it is doing it a long time, start of last season it was "oh lets see if he does it in the PL after the dutch league" and when Suarez does it in the PL now it's "oh lets see if he can do it year in year out" even though he's been here a couple of years and was the best striker last season anyway ahead of RvP and Rooney, best last year best this year, you fail-monger
Or a chance not to. Just imagine the group you will be getting. He will end with a goal or 2 by the time you finish flat bottom of your group I suspect. Nothing more.
So you state it as fact while saying you suspect. Way to go contradicting yourself. We hammered you and you qualified for the qtrs, how hard can it be
