The unfairness of the ballot questions, and the lack of anonymous voting (and therefore possibility of people voting through fear of losing out in any scramble for cup tickets) need to be highlighted. PA already seem to have put out a story which The Star and Grauniad have picked up. I don't think the advert is enough.
