Next to nothing in terms of luck has been given this season and Everton is only the latest case. But a lot more fight shown by the players in the last couple of games, at least gives us a bit of hope. To get anything out of the next match we're going to require Liverpool to have a real off day and hope that Cala and Caulker can stop Surarez and Sturridge, both lead the goal scoring charts and will be on a real high after dominating United on Sunday. They play some sublime football and are rightly in the title race. If you want a positive, we've already beaten Man City at home and a win would be a massive boost to survival chances. 8 games to go so C'mon Cityyy!
OK, time to confirm my insanity. Ole is going to stun us with some breathtaking selection/substitution choices. We're bound to let some in, but we'll go for it at the death and stun the world......... City 4 - 3 Pool...........goals from Kim, Zaha, Caulker and whoever takes our inevitable penalty.
If Sparks is right it'll be an "I was there" in City history moment. I hope he's right but I'm sure he's just lost it No hope for me on this one. 1-5 Noone to give us hope before the SSS combo tear our ****e defence to shreds. Thanks.
Much as would love to be confident to predict us turning over Liverpool, I regret I am cautious by nature and see no better for us than a 3 - 1 win for Liverpool. Jones to score. If we lose I just hope it's a great atmosphere and game and we see the best of the undoubted skills of the 3 S's. I was tempted to go for a 4 - 4 draw but caution got the better of me.
