hey Anal Avacado, you missed the point, everytime someone posts anything like this thread is boring and i am boring and all,they automatically loses coz, if i would be boring then you would not even come here and post, see you are spending time from your real life in my thread, so even though you say my thread is boring you are devoting time here on my thread, so its no rocket science i mean
i would think that any thread is boring i wont even read it once in my whole life

Newgod I have some friends who have seen it and they said it was fantastic. I haven't seen it yet, maybe I'll go and see it at the weekend.

They said that the film inspired them to stop bulking at the gym and they are going to start cutting so they can be ripped like the Spartans in the movie. I'm going to start cutting at the end of this month as I'm getting a bit too chunky myself. I need to start working on definition and fat loss.

well about the body due to my training and free style martial arts and my general liking for a heathy and well build body, i am in good shape,
i started working out when i was 10 years old, so i have like 13 years of work on my body
