quite funny that this thread continues despite my lack of response to it. Maybe I'm a bigger cog to this ****ty creaky wheel that is this forum.
Especially when as a big supporter of The Bethlehem Innkeepers his dad insisted he had to support The Nazareth Donkeys until he moved into Jerusalem & became a massive Jerusalem Rabbis fan. It was allegedly the MYR (Mad Young Rabbis) who turned on him leaving him high & dry hanging around supporting himself.
Once again this forum is showing its true biased colours. SOmeone raises a fair point... I.e that CTWD's campaign has caused "Tiger" chants to cease as they wouldn't want to be misunderstood as supporting Hull Tigers. and non of you biased twats can actually make a decent response. how can you not admit that is a bad thing? ****ing deflecting and ignoring valid points being made here. This is what sickens me. CTWD are no different than the Allams imo. Avoiding singing Tiger chants on the terraces is no different than the Allams swapping our name to Hull Tigers in emails etc...
Are you genuinely suggesting that the lack of any 'Tigers' chants has had a detrimental effect on our team? The fail is strong here.
Could we have an opinion from someone who is a neutral and someone who doesn't have an pointless agenda against CTWD please?
Mr Rim man The chants at the KC have been the same as always this season Apart from the we say no thing . City till we die has all ways been a chant / song used by fans long before the ctwd group existed .
I didn't say songs had changed Filey, I'm asking for someone to reply to the OP's original point that songs with the word Tiger in them are being avoided by CTWD soldiers. EVery campaign element of CTWD is forcing the emphasis on the word "city" and making sure to avoid the word Tiger. Surely no matter how ****ing full of **** the CTWD brigade is, they should be able to realise that can't be good.
When did you actually notice a "Tigers" chant go missing? Which match was it & where was you sitting / standing? I've only managed to attend once since Southend & "The Tigers" was chanted there & it was chanted against Newcastle. To suggest it isn't is bollocks. As regards the OP a few observations. "I brought up how i believe the CTWD campaign is unintentionally hurting our club. " What's your view on the Owners intentionally hurting our club? " If we had to lose one association to me it would be city" We don't have to lose any. We are Hull City AFC, nickname - The Tigers. Your point is irrelevant. " I also feel like the "no" campaign is tainting peoples views of our Tiger association which is as much if not a bigger part of our club than city. If you take away the Tiger from our club we have nothing." Where & who has suggested we are losing our "Tigers" association. We are actually "The Tigers" & not only is it still chanted, nobody, at any point has suggested losing the association. The only people suggesting losing part of our name are the owners. If you don't believe it's chanted enough then maybe you should start some yourself. "Seen as the CTWD group are the vocal crowd maybe they could get a few Tigers chants going on Saturday along with their 1904 chant. To show the fans and the media that we are the tigers and we are still proud of it" If you want a few more chants, get behind the club yourself & start a few. We are still proud of our nickname "The Tigers" although that is what it should remain, our nickname.
Sure! CTWD hates Tigers, they want the "Mauled" song banned from the terraces. They just want us to be know as "Ull City". Nowt else. You're welcome.
