Ha! It was weird. Not a great deal going on on the terraces, a few lads going daft, then they brought the horses on, who could hardly ****ing walk on the steps, may I add, then nearly everyone joined in in going daft. No need for it. Strange day.

mind hat talk about weird - I was once standing at the bar in the coach and horses in Consett and felt this hot breath on my neck - I looked round and there was one of them big Clydesdale type horses looking at us. The bloke who owned it was arguing with the barmaid that the pub's name suggested it was for horses as well <laugh>

Quite liked Oakwell, a bit of a trip down memory Lane maybe as far as facilities were concerned, but a good atmosphere.

A lot of people find the tin pot cheaply thrown together stadiums of that period completely souless. Riverside is the same, they have no character.

Last time I was at the Riverside it became engulfed by a very large cloud of grey, black, yellow, red, orange.

Bosuilstadion - Royal Antwerp. Where to start with this absolute **** tip of a ground.

Crumbling terraces that would probably have been outlawed in 1960; the Main Stand is a wooden fire hazard, with broken glass and holes in the corrugated iron roof. Add to that the fact that the area the ground is in is surrounded by 'flats' on one side giving the place a grimness that would put Pennywell to shame. Horrible place.

White Hart Lane. The ground is fine but the surrounding area is a ghetto. Been twice, and its dog rough.
