Yes players won't have much of a rest but the teams you would play are terrible and you're reserves will turn them over.

Dropping into it direct from the champions league isnt as bad as entering it normally. I would like us to take it seriously but not at the expense of the league. Next season the league takes priority above all. Fringe and kids for the rest. Perfect chance to see how sone cope in a tournament our second string should be able to at least be competitive in.

We can't rely on a knockout tournament to gain qualification to the following seasons CL. Getting back into the top 4 in England is a much easier route. We should just play the reserves In every Europa League game, and really focus on winning back the PL
