Looks like we will get a decision regarding Cellino today

    Phil Hay ‏@PhilHayYEP ·39m
BREAKING: Leeds United have written to the Football League this morning demanding a decision on Cellino takeover by the close of play today

    Phil Hay ‏@PhilHayYEP ·38m
A spokesman for GFH says the delay in deciding on Cellino is "unprecedented" and "damaging the owners' ability to move the club forward."

    Morning all <ok>

FFS El, What have I told you about getting that L button fixed? Disgraceful.

Cant see GFH forcing the FL hand even though what they are saying is pretty much bang on.

Did none of you pick up on the Alrayes story?

He flew in yesterday to open negotiations with other investors - so either they believe the Cellino deal is now a dead duck or they do actually have a plan B. If oldtraffordandback hadn't been too busy cheering Van Percies "GOALLLLLLLLS" he might have found that out for you <ok>

The first thing they have done right in months, this needs to be concluded so we can move forward with what happens next. I see the other consortium are making noises in the press today saying they are still interested

The only reason they've done it is wages need paying next week and they have no money. Need to line up someone quickly to sub them a couple of million if and when Cellino is rejected. Got nothing to to with efficiency Ristac

I know they are doing it for their own cause but that has been the case since day one. I have been arguing a point that McDermott is no better than Warnock, I am starting to wonder if this lot are better than Bates.

They are no more transparent, I believe Bates probably had more money, this lot are probably more clueless about how to run a club and I agree, another six months of ongoing uncertainty, a missed summer of opportunities securing targets.... Who would have believed we would be in this position 12 months ago when so many were saying give GFH a proper summer transfer window and we will judge them after that.

One thing we can be certain about is every season, for the past three years, our team has been weaker than the one before. Ive no doubt with the way this is shaping up, next season will follow same pattern. There is one inevitable conclusion to all of this, relegation at some point. Without Ross it would have been this season. Without a quick proper money takeover, which won't happen, relegation will be a nailed on certainty next year

What do we take from that Elland? They weren't proper bids at all maybe or am I reading it wrong? Are they trying to apply pressure to fl suggesting there are no alternatives but to pass Cellino. If so, starting to sound desperate

It does sound like they are trying to pressure the no alternatives, you're right there Eire. Also completely right on it sounding desperate. If that's the tactic they're employing do they really thing the FL will fall for it? They don't care if there isn't another bid on the table.

the FL said all along they have held back their decision until after Cellinos court case <ok> so if he is found guilty and they still pass him what the fook were they waiting for ? if they pass him now why did they not pass him months ago ?

if the outcome of the court case had no relevance <doh>

Don't think anyone takes Farnam seriously. I also think Flowers has lost a lot of credibility.

Hamstring injury usually takes three four weeks to clear. Great opportunity to send the pile of ****e back to the mother ship
