Well, he thinks everyone who opposes the name change is a plastic as well, so there is clearly something wrong with his brain.

What's the theory for people not in a HU postcode, whose closest professional team is Hull City?

Oh my. I do believe that's the biggest **** anyone's made of themselves on the internet, ever.

A couple of Hull lads move to Huddersfield and Leeds, so they have to stop supporting City? This is a far cry from the range of accents that we hear on phone-ins ringing in as Man United fans.

    These people are ****s.

    As is PattynWinfield.

This is all a bit silly. Having stood on Bunkers's Hill at Boothferry Park and in the South Stand, experienced the highs and lows from around 1960 to the mid seventies before moving to Canada and following the team as best I can since, I think I'm still entitled to be a Tiger. On a visit to Darlington about 12 years ago, I saw City win 2-0 at Feethams, it was bloody awful and I felt sorry for the ball because both teams kicked the **** out of it. There was a giant playing up front for City, what a donkey. What a treat it is to watch now as perhaps although lacking some creativity, it is football. Oh and by the way Jules, as I live in another country, I also support my local team ... the Saskatchewan Roughriders and we are champions. Incidentally, medication might help your condition, you should seek professional help.

More dim-witted nonsense from you. I live in Norfolk but, being from Hull, I support City.

    FOAD!

Why all the arguement people? It is obvious from the article in last nights HDM that the Allams are going to use the ballot as a vote of confidence in their ownership. Vote for we go, vote against and we fight the FA. So basically it is all about them yet again and the question on the ballot will be loaded. Hull City can go forwards and be all the things they and the fans want without the name change.

No one calls me a glory hunting plastic! Guess I'll have to support my local team instead...Chelski!

In other news, Scunny and Grimsby have gone out of business as all their fans were forced to change allegiance to Donny.

I have a friend who is a reverse glory hunter.

He was born in Manchester ..

His dad took him to watch man utd v sheff United

    Man u beat sheff United

He felt sorry for Sheffield United and has supported them ever since ...

( He was only a nipper at the time )

he follows the blades home and away and has for years.

Yet born in manchester....lives in Manchester

A lot of people, myself included, don't live in an HU postcode but City are still their nearest league club. In fact a lot of these people make more effort to get to games than ones in the HU postcode. Ones like yourself who didn't manage to get from East Hull to a cup quarter final.

Everyone is entitled to be a bit dense but you are abusing the privilege.
