Apologies if i've missed this but judicial review has been thrown out (14th March)- decision published 18th March

7 days to appeal that decision but that wont happen. The judge has stuck off all they're claims and Carolyn Brown (head NIMBY) has even been ordered to award QPR £5,000!!!! (nice bit of justice that- and slightly extreme but it shows how baseless there claims were).

21 days on that decision say may be 3 weeks before club publiclly discuss it

But 100% fact TRAINING GROUND IS HAPPENING and the NIMBY's case is thrown out

They probably thought it was so baseless that she was ordered to pay our costs.

Its also a future warning for NIMBYs not to use a review as a delaying tactic.

For once, our system works, great news.

Yeah it was to contribute to our costs because their case was so ridiculous.

Are our lawyers busy 3pm on Saturday? they sound handy.

For the nimby it must be like being told to buy new shoes for a bully that's been kicking you.

    Sorry no link.

I've seen a pdf of a 4 page legal document on an ipad of someone quite senior at Ealing Council tonight.

If it wasnt for the step of contribution to costs being awarded then I would have caveated it but 100% its happening. They wont appeal and case is thrown out

Fantastic! Thanks Damage, that's good enough for me! You've made my evening. This is the Wednesday result I was hoping for. Certainly a lot better than the Wednesday result on, er, Tuesday.
