    Carvalho prone to lapses?

Is this his younger brother Timmy we're talking about?!

Rio is a 6 time member of the PL team of the year and a 1 time member of the world 11. One of Fergies greatest buys was Rio.

29.1million 11 years and every trophy available to him. I'd argue he was better than Pallister as Rio played in an evolving game where as Pally played with the typical english wingers and forwards.

    No Rick.

Also, why did he play so few games? 210 in 6 seasons? just over 30 a year. Considering Chelsea played 50+..... I dont recall him being a crock...

You are insanely stupid if you think that's the case. Read the honours Carvalho has won both in teams and individually.

Rate Rio as high as you want UIR, but how you can say you didn't rate Carvalho is just unreal.

Have you been watching the same player? He was crocked from when Scolari came in until he left.

Terry trumps those stats. 3 PFA, 1 world cup and 6 World XI.

Rio was a superb player, I saw him in every game in Japan and he was great.

Carvalho is a level up from Stam imo, up there with the great Italian defenders of the 00s. His 2006 World Cup performances were as good as Cannavaro's.

Stam was disappointing in France 98 but very good at United.

He is also a drug cheat, But so is Rio. Be awful if there was something naughty going on during the Ferie era!

Rio was englands best defender and one of the competitions ( if not the best ) of WC 2002. He was utterly brilliant.

Hard to call. Certainly better tha n Suarez, hes having a good season ffs. Lets see how he does longer term.

RvN is/was second to Raul as the CL's top scorer..... scored s **** load of goals in a short space of time in the PL and then in Spain and had already scored a **** load in Holland ( who hasnt ).

    Better than Drogba? Tough call.

When Rio was in his prime, only Cannavaro was better than him in my opinion.

What the **** would you know?

Please, tell me. You have zero knowledge of Manchester United and your prime aim is to be a ****. And fair play, you succeed because you are a ****.

Even if you take the penalties away he would of still had a better goal scoring record than either. I think it also is a sign of weakness in a striker if they can't take penalties. Your main striker should be taking your penalties, as it's good for there confidence to be getting on the score sheet more regularly. It also shows a lack of composure if they struggle from the spot, arguably one of the most important traits for a goal scorer
