But it's now all over the papers that AA was (almost certainly definitely maybe) going to influence the vote through its wording. You knew full well how the media was going to twist it and how the majority of our thicko fans were going to interpret it. You're manipulating the vote just as much as you fear AA will.
How can two questions possibly manipulate the vote? It quite clearly gives people the option to back the Allam's, while also rejecting the name change, only someone with an agenda could claim that was unreasonable.
