The Chelsea game this Saturday is going to be Wenger's 1000th game as manager of Arsenal and that is one hell of an achievement in itself. Over those 1000 games, we had some massive highs and devastating lows. He has won seven trophies and went unbeaten for an entire season. Here are my top five games during this time.

    1) Manchester United 0-1 Arsenal (2002)

    2) Arsenal 4-2 Liverpool (2004)

    3) Arsenal 4-0 Everton (1998)

    4) AC Milan 0-2 Arsenal (2008)

    5) Arsenal 2-1 Barcelona (2010)

The best manager in our history. Totally transformed our club and English football as a whole. I started watching Arsenal when Don Howe was manager and I thought that when Graham came along that was the best I could ever imagine for Arsenal, such was the improvement from the Howe days. But when Wenger who? came along it was met at first with dumbfoundment and soon turned into elation as he transformed us into one of the most exciting attacking teams ever.

I'll have a ponder at work about my favourite games under wenger and post again on here later.

Congratulations Arsene and thanks for everything you've done for Arsenal <cracker>

I will always say Herbert Chapman is our greatest ever manager but Arsene Wenger comes a very close second

Read the history of the club and see what Chapman achieved.

The 4-0 against Everton to win the title for the first time for Wenger

    -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The first 5-2 against the Spuds, because we were 0-2 down and we came back to destroy them. Also it was the game that Walcott finally came into his own and found his form. Also Me, SJW and Cym were there to see it.

Congratulations to Arsene, that is one hell of an achievement.

In the same time period, Spurs have had 14 managers as have Chelsea....Crazy
