Suarez. Tracked him since he had his first season with Ajax and I always thought he would come to England. With United I hoped. Was very surprised he went to Liverpool though. I'm not sure if he'll score as many goals as he did in Holland but he can unlock any defence in the world with his trickery. Very interested in how he will do in his first full season.
All we hear about this and that player and this position and that position, I am really fkn concerned about Carra being properly replaced with a young talented CB that can grow into the team and be a leader, I reckon Smalling has all the attributes and if I had to pick from United Smalling would be the one.

genuinely dont think there is one in the current crop but if we were allowed take a player from any era with the player in his prime i'd take Roy Keane
From United - nobody. That's not a put down it's based upon the fact that there is no United player that meets Liverpool's need or criteria. But if you can make suggestions to change my mind I'm prepared to listen

CBs mature later than most apart from keepers. around 24 25 he's gonna be very good but he'll go to Chelsea

Not right away and he's on a bit, 4 good years, not long enough for me. not loking for an expensive finished article, looking for someone to grow into the team. Vidic is he 27?, sure 4 years and he's done you've got 10 good years in Smalling and whos to say he wont be better tan Vidic anyways

I have no problem in agreeing that they are both fine players. However, they both fail the criteria that liverpool have set regarding age

Evra not been at his best since hte France fiasco, and has steadily gotten worse since, like his head aint right, erratic and poor at times good at others, he is no good when he is pulled inside either. i thnk ye have seen hte best of Evra I'm afraid, probably his last season this year but what do I know
