    Have a few

In England its Arsenal, always have been my second team and always want them to win the league etc. Think its cos for some reason me mam got me a yellow Arsenal away kit when I was about 5 and one of my earliest memories of football is Arsenal winning the league at Liverpool.

    In Italy its Lazio

In Spain Real Madrid. Was lucky enough to do the Bernabeu stadium tour on my honeymoon in August.

In Germany its Hamburg and Dortmund, mainly down to playing Fifa over the years and getting into watching the bundesliga in.the last few seasons. Bayern are right up there with Newcastle now!

Good call this, I was at that game and yes the Norwich fans were excellent. I also lived for a short time in East Anglia so I do watch out for their results....Having said all that, I hope we rip you lot a new hole this weekend, then I go back to liking them

We had a similar thread last week where you guys were pipped in to 3rd place by Southampton and Swansea (sorry about that).

Hopefully that will prove too much of a task. So far this year we are unbeaten at home and not conceded any goals from open play - long may it continue <ok>

As a kid Neville Southall was my hero, so I followed Everton a bit (even though I played for Sunderland youths) during the 80's, but I still like to see them win.
Went to a few Woking games with mates when I was living down there and still check out their scores. Did see Billy Knott boss the midfield a few seasons ago!

    Personally I don't.

Saints - I think a lot of our fans admire their academy, and the way they have battled back from League 1 in back to back seasons (following in the Norwich footsteps). Similar club in stature and history (very little <laugh>).

Swansea - Most of us like the ball on the ground passing game - which the Swans have been noted for for about 5 or 6 seasons (possibly more). They came up to the PL with us and a mutual appreciation was created at the same time, as we were the best two footballing teams in the Championship that season.

No I remember it well mate - just only ever been to Carrow Road as an away fan - Celtic park was amazing which is why I chose them!!

Also - we play your lot this Saturday so don't think anyone wants to affiliate themselves until after the game - nothing against you lot (soft spot) but I sincerely hope we hammer you on Saturday!

I used to like Barcelona but then when they became good they seem a right bunch of twats. I had a mate who was half Italian and was juve mad. Always liked Hertha Berlin. The olympiastadion is a spectacular stadium and has so much history.

I've certainly appreciated the footy played by the likes of Liverpool, Manutd and Arsenal back in the day. Minor soft spot for City having lived near Maine Road during my youth in Manchester, but that was 20 years ago.

I've enjoyed a few away days with mates seeing their teams play on the odd occassion, but could never, ever get into it.

There's only one team for me, there'll only ever be one team for me...'coz Sunderland I love you'. Fook everyone else.

In those days the only live football on telly was the FA cup and that was it.

I have a few, all with reasons.

Fiorentina, my nanna was from Siena, and she was a glory supporting Viola fan, to the point there was no pictures of me and my cousins above the fireplace, but a picture of Gabriel Batistuta.

Malaga, from living there, topper wee club, really passionate noisy fans, probs going down this year which is a right bastard.

Portsmouth, granda was in the RAF and he developed a fondness, which has been passed on to most of my dads side of the family.

Oooooh I forgot Pompey. Lived there for a few years. A proper ground Fratton Park- surrounded by loads of terraced housing. Fratton station just a stones throw away too, makes it more accessible than perhaps it should be.

One of the loudest, most cramped grounds I've ever been to mate, always a good noise down there.

Such a shame to see them where they are, due to a conveyor belt of ****ing idiots being allowed to take charge of the club.

I had the absolute pleasure of going to a Hamburg game not long back, and it was unreal mate.

They have a 'Supporters Club' end, which is a huge standing section, in a stunning stadium, I mean seriously Emirates level impressive, and they did this kind of mad chanting before the game where the whole team stood and watched, it was genuinely jaw dropping to watch, kind of like a Haka style thing.

Didn't intimidate Hoffenheim the oppo like, they won 3-1, but the atmosphere was hair raising, I'd urge anyone visiting Germany to take in a game.

Went to a Hansa Rostock game a few years back with a pal, they are a tiny club really, but that was incredible as well, I can't find a good video of a home game, but this is an away game at Liepzig, and shows you how ****ing crazy these people are.

Bear in mind most of this is BEFORE kick off.
