Accrington 5- 1! Torquay 2 - 1. Skate down to 21st. Cherries lost 1 - 0 in injury time: Eastleigh won 4 - 1 away.
Come on U Gulls...a last minute winner to keep the wafer thin hopes of survival alive. Redknapp undone by a couple of ex Saints.........Stuart Gray doing a great job at Wednesday
Accrington are starting to do really well under Beatts now. Ex-Saint, Lee Molyneux has certainly found the right club for him. Think he's scored 5 goals in the last 2 or 3 matches. Shame about AFCB. They were 0-0 for much of the match. I predict Eastleigh will be a league club within 5 years at this rate, and they might even pass Pompey on the way up. Unbelieveable that PFC now have just Exeter between them and the two bottom teams. How things change. Good to see Torquay not giving up league status without a fight.
Reading have been targeted by their own local paper. Quite odd, and understandably, it's not been well received. please log in to view this image Here is Sir John Madejski's public reply: http://www.readingfc.co.uk/news/article/open-letter-sir-john-madejski-200314-1433501.aspx
Good for him. I liked Chris Baird Never forget the image of him looking at his medal in 2003 cup final
Yes sound player and a good experienced pro to see them up. Shame for Arry but its the play offs or nothing.
http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/26668154 Interesting, any thoughts about it. I always wondered about the fining a Club, when they clearly haven't any money to pay the fine! There must be other ways to discipline them without furthering their destruction.
It is going to be interesting and I can see some lawyers rubbing their hands with glee. In terms of a punishment, either points, or even better no team breaking the rules can get promoted. That won't happen though.
