For once I agree 100% with Hat. ^^^^^ this is spot on. No way did Boyd spit. Joe Hart even said a much in the sunday papers ffs.
I saw this on Match of the Day Saturday night. All i saw was him shouting and a bit of spittle came out. I didn't see him spit at all. I was actually not suprised to hear one of them mention it was a spit. So typical of the media. Utterly ridiculous he is being charged with spitting at Hart.
Dimichelis would certainly have made a fuss if it was a spit. He was inches away from the whole thing and just parted them.
Agree here. Hart should of been sent off for the incident. How many times have we seen less contact but the player sent off. Sagbo against Norwich comes to mind here.
And so we should. But really we shouldn't have, the corrupt FA will just punish us further for revenge after Mr. Allams recent accusatory outburst. Hope he's back in time for Wembley.

If you see that clip in full context, he's in the middle of talking. There's another one doing the rounds which makes it look like Hart spitting. Dimichelis was right next to Boyd and made no claim at all. He would have if Boyd had spat.
I watched the footage on MOTD and it is clear that Boyd wasn't talking. He talked before, then he prepared some spit and then spit. There's no way he was talking while spit was accidentally coming out.
The clip's from the beginning of the coming together, while Dimichelis is inches away and looking at him.
If Boyd appeals and fails then most likely the suspension will increase from 3 to 4. It's only if it goes to 5 that he will miss the semi final. On another note - the Hull City website fixture list shows us playing "Albion" on saturday. What's wrong with "West Brom"? I can accept the national media calling us "Hull" but I was irritated that on BT Sport they would say "City" when meaning "Manchester City".
He doesn't prepare any spit you blind old fool! Try watch it again, his mouth is still as a mouse until he opens his mouth, thus proving it unintentional. You try and prepare a wad of spit without moving your mouth and then spit it out aimed to perfection merely by opening your mouth.... It's impossible!
