The point is you are saying 'we' would be happy to meet again - could I ask you how many millions you have as compared to Mr Allam? He has all the money and is about to withdraw it so where does that leave 'you' in relation to 'we' when it comes to discussing the current problem. With respect OLM you have nothing. Mr Allam has it all and he is about to 'pull the pin' leaving Hull City in the smelly brown stuff!
The CTWD supporters are saying that we would sooner see the Club cease to exists rather than see it survive under the Allam's tenure.
This does not make sense to me.

The name change was a complete nonsense, it was never going to increase revenue, so to me you're starting from the wrong place. It had nothing to do with increasing revenue and everything to do with point scoring against a council who did actually give a **** anyway.

CTWD have tried to prevent the club from doing something that was more likely to cost it money, than generate it and hopefully we've succeeded.

Nobody has said they would sooner see the club cease to exist, rather than survive under the Allam's, that would be a ridiculous.

We might not have the millions that AA has, but then we're not offering to buy the club, we're simply offering to help come up with other revenue streams.

A truly clever businessman would know who were the people that could help him and he'd work with them, rather than against them.

    Something that hasn't escaped Burnsy...

If you were the owners of Hull City would you now offer somebody at #NoToHullTigers a job? Well organised, influential, campaign? #hcafc

    Not complicated really.

    He calls in his loan.

So come the end of the season he sells all of the intangible assets in the playing squad and draws back in £Xm, whilst cutting the wage bill down by 2/3rds in the process. He then runs the team with kids, loans and freebies, and you get relegated at the end of the season, but he uses the TV revenue to pay down the majority of the debt. He then sells the club for whatever he can, to take the final chunk back......

Not saying that's what he'll do, but it answers your question....

Why am I still reading the same cr@p from the likes of Tiger Roo going on about how Allam will pull the plug etc and City will be left in the cr@p? Are these people really that thick that they believe this or are they just trying to WUM? Can't the mods just remove these types of posts as they are just bollocks and hold no credibility in the real world

Why indeed, maybe they don't bother reading articles beyond the headlines.....this is old news by now

Allam was quoted by the Guardian as saying last night: "We will announce a ballot this week and we will challenge the decision. If the FA does not allow our plan, we will walk away, put it on the market to sell the club. We would not put it into liquidation; there is a lot of money at stake. I will get my money when I sell."

what part of "there is a lot of money at stake" do some people not understand. They will (A) walk away in 24 hrs or (B) as soon as they can get a deal done to sell the club where they get back most of their loans...either option would suit Assem,as long as it's option B.

Hull City have accused the Football Association of prejudice after the governing body rejected their request to change the name of the Premier League club.

Owner Assem Allam wants the team to be known as Hull Tigers from next season, and is balloting season-ticket holders to determine their appetite for change.

A fans-led campaign 'City Till We Die' is calling on all supporters to block the proposal and Allam believes the FA took their views on board before coming to their conclusions.

In a statement, Hull City said: "The club is disappointed with the timing of yesterday's announcement made by The FA. We feel we have been prejudiced right from the outset.

"The FA introduced a new policy to handle our application on the back of consultations with the City Till We Die group, and we therefore feel that our application was already pre-judged.

"This feeling has been reinforced with yesterday's announcement, as the club feels this will further prejudice the forthcoming ballot of season pass holders.

"However, this is now the time for the silent majority to come forward and support the club's aspirations. Details of the ballot will be released to season pass holders within the next 48 hours."

Monday's setback prompted Allam to repeat his threat to quit the club should he fail in his ultimate goal to force through the name-change.

"If the FA does not allow our plan, we will walk away, put it on the market to sell the club. We would not put it into liquidation; there is a lot of money at stake. I will get my money when I sell," he said.

    Jesus wept. <doh>

Hello Mr Allam, would you like a disrepute charge with that rejection?

It doesn't matter what he said there, the reality is that the equity is not worth half of what the debt stands at, so it's effectively worthless.

If he wants his money back, he's not going to manage that by simply selling the business as is.

It is ridiculous coming out with these threats to sell at any time. That automatically makes it a buyers market.

The silent majority are heartily sick of it. Some people just can't accept the word "no".
