Like Deadlifts because can do it at home squat I like also but I have to do it in the gym as I have no support so I brought a Maximuscle barbell and squat stand but my Pro Power bar is too short so for me it's Deadlifts but I do like Squat what do you prefer?
Now this is my kind of thread. (seeing as a teach this stuff) I personally enjoy training deadlifts more but the squat is the king of all the big lifts. If you want to get strong you gotta squat. Simply put, if you can't squat correctly you're severely limiting your maximum strength and athletic capabilities. Learning to squat correctly, and then adding enough load in addition to our bodyweight to increase strength, is crucial to not only adding weight in other lifts (such as the deadlift), but improving athletic performance and explosiveness.
You can't get more manly than talking about squats. Anyways squats is one of the single most best exercises. Talking of which I need to hit the squats!
I done 100kg (not including the bar) on the bench today only done 5 but soon hopefully I will be able to do a proper rep!
